Murray Sporting Goods Baseball/Softball Batting Cage is the ultimate backyard batting cage for all ages. It's perfect for backyard setups, facility setups, and anywhere you can squeeze a 40 ft x 10 ft x 10 ft batting cage. Our batting cage comes with premium netting that is built to withstand the elements while hitting baseballs or softballs.
Setting up the batting cage is an easy 2-person setup - designed so that once you have the end piece built and connected, the next poles in line hold themselves together so you can connect the support poles without holding the structure of the cage. At one end of the baseball batting net cage is a 6 ft door that unzips and opens up the entire length of the end, while on the other side there’s a 4 ft tall pitching machine door for you to set a pitching machine on the outside of the cage to protect the person feeding baseballs to the hitter.
On one end of the baseball/softball batting cage, there is a 6 ft. tall entrance door for easily getting in and out of the net so you don't have to lift up on the sides to crawl into the cage. It also allows an l-screen, pitching machine, hitting turf mat or other baseball accessories to enter and exit the batting cage without getting hung up in the net.
At the bottom of every foot on the batting cage are holes that are drilled out to prevent water build up and rust while leaving the batting cage out in the rain. If water comes through the side or top poles, this allows the water to flow down and into the ground to prevent added weight to the frame of the batting cage.
Our batting cage comes with plenty of bungee straps to attach to the metal poles (if need be) as well as comes with 6 stakes to make sure that the cage withstands the wind. Add our baseball/softball batting cage to your backyard this season!

Easy Two Man Setup
Our batting cage was designed to be easy to put together. Metal black poles for the frame have easy to snap pins at the end of each hole. Simply slide the pole over the insert into you hear it snap into place. This means the pole is secure and ready to move on to the next step. Our metal poles each have individual labels which makes it easy to follow along with the instructions so you aren't guessing.
Entrance Door that Opens Up the Length of the Batting Cage
On one end of the baseball/softball batting cage there is a 6 ft. large entrance door for easily getting in and out of the net so you don't have to lift up on the sides and try to squeeze in the cage. It also allows an l-screen, pitching machine, hitting turf mat or other baseball accessories in and out of the batting cage so that you don't get hung up in the net.
Pitching Machine Hole Insert
On the other end of the batting cage is a 4 ft. pitching hole machine insert for batting practice. Setup the pitching machine on the inside of the batting cage and unzip the hole to feed balls into the pitching machine or zip the 4 ft. hole around the pitching machine from the outside and feed the balls to the batter that way. Large enough to fit around most baseball or softball pitching machines.

First, set up the outer poles as the exterior frame. Once assembled, use bungee straps to secure the net to the poles to keep the net in place. Strap the top and bottom of the net to the cage. The interior net slows down balls on contact to help with ricochets and keeps balls from flying out of the cage.
